- Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
- Clearly label the package with the RA# provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs: As mentioned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please follow the same return process as outlined above. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.
